Curried Egg Salad Sandwich Recipe

Curried Egg Salad Recipe

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Yield: 2 cups

Curried Egg Salad Recipe


6 hard boiled eggs, peeled

2 stalks of celery, diced small (about 1/2 cup)

1/3 cup mayonnaise

4 green onions, diced

2 teaspoons curry powder

Kosher salt & freshly ground pepper to taste


  1. In a bowl, use a fork to mash the eggs.
  2. Add the celery, mayo, green onion, curry powder and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Mix together well and place between two slices of multigrain bread.
