Grilling: Direct vs. Indirect Heat

If you’ve been grilling for even a little while, you’ve likely heard the terms “direct and indirect” cooking. Simply put, these are really the only two ways to grill, and knowing what to do when can make a huge difference to your grilling success. Grilling can be very intimidating to many, but a grill is really just an oven and stove that is outside, that’s it.
