Knives – Sharpening & Storage

I’m always a little surprised when I find really nice knives in someone’s home but…they’re as dull as spoons and just thrown in a drawer. Good knives need some care – not a lot, but definitely more than none. And taking care of them the right way will make them so much more useable. 

It’s a little silly, but if you treat your knives like good friends, they’ll treat you well too. OK, they might also cut you, but that just goes along with it.
