Short Ribs – A Simple Love Affair

Short ribs are one of those things you think are a big mystery until you make them. Then it’s “where have you been all my life and why haven’t I made you before?” And making them in the Ninja is so easy they’ll become part of your weekly dinner lineup, or should. And whether you put them on rice, mashed potatoes or even mashed cauliflower doesn’t matter – just make them and put them on something.
