A new year is the perfect time to add healthy changes to your diet. So put that juicer to work with this juice combo that gives you potassium, magnesium, fiber, and iron. This is not only a simple way, but also a delicious way, to start eating healthier. Doesn’t matter if you use a juicer or blender — just make it. You’ll be glad you did.

Blackberry, Beet & Apple Juice

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Yield: Makes juice for one

Blackberry, Beet & Apple Juice

Ingredients

3 ounces blackberries

2 small beets

1 red apple,cored

1/2 inch fresh ginger, peeled

Instructions

  1. Rinse all produce. process all ingredients according to your juicer's instructions. Pour into your glass and enjoy.
