Salmon with Yogurt & Dill Recipe

A classic combination that’s lightened up by using non-fat Greek yogurt instead of sour cream, with zero loss of flavor.

Ingredients

4 salmon fillets

Olive oil

Kosher salt

Fresh ground pepper

1 cup non-fat Greek yogurt

1 Tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

Juice from 1/2 lemon

1 small clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. Lightly drizzle the salmon with oil and season with salt & pepper. Cook in a hot non-stick pan on both sides until done – about 3-4 minutes on the first side and 2-3 on the second.
  2. While salmon cooks, combine remaining ingredients, season with salt & pepper, mix well and set aside.
  3. Serve salmon with yogurt sauce.

This is a great recipe. I have always made a cucumber dill sauce. Just dice some cucumber to add to the yogurt,

This is a great dish. I usually grill the salmon and add cucumber to the yogurt and dill to make a cucumber dill sauce.
