Looking to make a romantic meal for two this Valentine’s Day? Fondue is one of those special things you forget is super easy to make. Not to mention, it’s the ideal thing to share. So make a pot of it and grab someone to share it with.
1 cup dry white wine
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
3 ounce can diced green chilies
Roasted new potatoes, cut in half
Roasted Brussel sprouts, cut in half
Smoked sausage, cut into bites
Anything else you’d like
- Put wine in a medium pot and bring to a simmer – sprinkle in cornstarch and stir well until dissolved.
- Slowly add in both cheeses - stir until smooth & melted. Stir in chilies and mix until well combined – pour into fondue pot to keep warm.
- Dip, eat, dip, eat – you get it.
