Did you know that food wrapped and cooked in dough is a favorite cuisine around the world? So much so, that March has been designated international dumpling month. Besides the designation dumplings, in other cultures they are known as gyozas, gnudis, empandas, or pierogies. In celebration of this fun fact, we’ve collected some of our favorite recipes.
