Cooking Seafood, Let Me Count the Ways

I’m not sure anything is more versatile than seafood. And considering you can eat most of it raw, the options from there are incredible. For some, this will be a reminder of what’s possible and for those stuck in a “seafood cooking rut” – it will be a lesson in change. By the way, change is good, especially when it comes to food.
