Homemade Peanut Butter Recipe
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Yield: 8 Servings
- 2 cups unsalted roasted peanuts, shelled
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon peanut oil
- Put peanuts in the bowl of your processor and attach metal ‘S’ blade.
- Process about 1 minute then scrape down sides of the bowl with a spatula. Continue to process another 2 to 3 minutes until the peanut butter is relatively smooth. Add salt and process until combined.
- Check the peanut butter and add oil to get it to your desired consistency.
