Champagne “Rose” Bonbon

Nothing makes it a celebration quite like Champagne. This cocktail is a simple but great way to level up everyone’s favorite bubbly beverage.

Recipe: Vitamix®


  • Yield: 6 cups


  • 2 bottles Champagne, chilled
  • 2 fluid ounces (60 ml) St. Germain Liqueur
  • ½ cup (60 g) raspberries
  • 40 ounces (1100 g) lychees in syrup


  1. Place lychees in syrup, raspberries, and St. Germain into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid. Select Variable 1.
  2. Turn machine on and slowly increase speed to Variable 10. Blend for 25 seconds.
  3. For each serving, pour 3 ounces of the blended base into a glass and top with 6 tablespoons of chilled Champagne.
