Keurig® Big Easy Beignet Dipping Sauce


This Mardi Gras-inspired, coffee-infused beignet dipping sauce brings Bourbon Street to you.  Happy Fat Tuesday!


Overview

  • Yield: 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 6-8 Tablespoons Emeril’s® Big Easy Bold K-Cup® Coffee
  • 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Allow mascarpone cheese to reach room temperature.
  2. Brew coffee at the 2-oz setting in your Keurig® brewer.
  3. Whip together ingredients in a standing mixer, or with a hand mixer on low speed until the desired consistency is reached.
  4. Serve in a small bowl. Dip and enjoy!
