Keurig® Big Easy Beignet Dipping Sauce
- Yield: 1 serving
- 3/4 cup mascarpone cheese
- 6-8 Tablespoons Emeril’s® Big Easy Bold K-Cup® Coffee
- 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- Allow mascarpone cheese to reach room temperature.
- Brew coffee at the 2-oz setting in your Keurig® brewer.
- Whip together ingredients in a standing mixer, or with a hand mixer on low speed until the desired consistency is reached.
- Serve in a small bowl. Dip and enjoy!
