Lemon Herb Sauce
- Prep Time: 5 minutes
- Yield: Makes approximately one cup
- Juice of 2 lemons (approximately 4 Tablespoons)
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs – parsley, cilantro, thyme
- Kosher salt & fresh ground pepper
- Put all ingredients in a blender or processor and mix until well blended.
