Moscow Mule Recipe

A Moscow Mule is a great cocktail – just don’t be tempted to substitute ginger ‘ale’ for the ginger ‘beer’, because it won’t be the same. BTW, ginger beer does not contain alcohol.

  1. Squeeze limes first over ice then add vodka… or since we are in the Eighth Original Colony of South Carolina, we make London Mules with Gin. Or you can make Edinburgh Mules with Scotch or Mexican Mules with Tequila

  2. Elderly lady reporting in here: For New Year’s Eve I’ll serve a but of caviar with the chopped hb egg, chopped red onion and caper sides. Make-it-Yourself Shrimp Cocktails with a choice of mild or spicy cocktail sauce and a small plate of pepperoni and imported provolone cheese. Add a box of Pepperidge Farm Party Crackers and a few bottles of chilled Prosecco wine along with some ice cold beers and there you have it.. For New year’s Day; Roasted rump of beef, baked potatoes and roasted asparagus and for dessert warm apple pie (from the bakery) with your choice of Irish Cheddar cheese slices or vanilla ice cream. Festive enough and no real work. Happy New year to Bed, Bath and Beyond employees.
